B2B Refund & Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of our chocolate production and wholesale orders, order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of payment. Once production or sourcing has commenced, orders are non-refundable.

Quality Assurance: If products arrive damaged or do not meet agreed technical specifications, please contact us with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or credit. We do not accept returns for non-quality-related reasons.
